Quality care from the comfort of your home

Virtual doctor visits work just like in-person visits with your Baylor Scott & White doctor or specialist. During a video visit, you can discuss symptoms or health concerns that don’t require a physical exam, speak about chronic conditions and ask a provider any questions you have, all from the comfort of your home.

Virtual doctor visits are a great option for routine or follow-up appointments with your primary care physician or specialists you see regularly. During online doctor visits, you can also discuss prescription refills and get answers to your questions about ongoing care.

For more urgent needs, 24/7 virtual urgent care is available with Baylor Scott & White on-call providers, including on weekends and holidays.
