Speak to your provider through MyBSWHealth
Virtual care allows you to do more than schedule online appointments. Through MyBSWHealth, you can also send secure, private messages to your healthcare provider for non-urgent medical questions.
What can be treated through messaging your provider?
Private messages should be used only for non-urgent medical conditions related to:
- Acne
- Cough
- COVID-19 symptoms
- Generalized anxiety
- High blood pressure
- Medication management
- Rash
- Sinus or upper respiratory infections
- Urinary tract infections
To discuss other medical conditions, it’s best to schedule an office visit, eVisit or virtual doctor visit.
Messaging Your provider on MyBSWHealth

- Open messages.
- Select a message type and provider to contact. You can attach photos or documents, such as home blood pressure logs if you’d like.
Having trouble?
If you’re having technical trouble messaging your provider, confirm you have a strong Wi-Fi or cell signal. Try restarting your device or using a different device (smartphone, computer, etc.).
If you’re still experiencing issues, contact MyBSWHealth Patient Technical Support at 855.691.0180.

Creating an online account today allows you to use our many virtual care services, whenever you need them. For virtual care for a child younger than 18, you or the child’s legal guardian must have an account linked to the child’s account first.
You can create an account in one of three ways.
Estimated cost
Many messages you send to your provider can be answered without receiving a bill. If your message leads to a billable service, your care team will notify you and request your consent or recommend a scheduled appointment to discuss further. The cost of services varies by insurance.
