Tuition assistance

Our tuition assistance benefit provides access to several no cost degrees, and certificates and has enabled us to move individuals into higher skilled, in-demand careers.

Full-time team members

  • In 2025, the benefit will continue to offer select fully funded degrees and certificates*. View the updated catalog at any time by visiting Guild.

    *Note that any amount received above $5,250 will be treated as taxable income, and reflected on your paycheck during the year in which the benefit is received.

  • Partially funded and reimbursement programs have the following funding caps:
    • Clinical programs: $5,250 per year
    • Non-clinical programs: $4,250 per year

Part-time team members

  • Funding cap of $2,500 per year
