That's my complaint on the Baylor scheduling system.I felt like if I could call the physician office directly, I would not have wasted so much time on getting an appointment.Dr. Reim really researched my medical history. She even knew the PCP I had at Plano Presbyterian until she moved her office to Frisco. I only get,a cold about 2times a year and that's the only need as far as a PCP . The rest of my doctors are specialists. I was very happy with Dr. Reim and her assistant. | |
