We saw several providers during this time, including a trip to the ED, and never really got any answers. Although we were initially there to discuss refilling ADHD medication, Dr. Devoke came in the room and immediately said, we won't worry about the medicine today, lets figure out what is going on with his tummy. I felt incredibly validated at that moment and trusted that we would now figure out what was going on with his stomach issues. She got us a quick referral to pediatric GI, who we met with and was also outstanding. We identified some probably causes and have begun to see progress with the treatment plans. I am so appreciative that Dr. Devoke took the time to hear our concerns and got my little man feeling better and back on track. | |
