Each person with whom I interacted was friendly and helpful. One person checked me in and then took me to x-ray room. The x-ray technician knew just what was needed, and after she completed the x-rays, she escorted me back to the exam room. The physician's assistant met me there. He was quite Knowledgable about my condition and prepared me for what Doctor Hoy would say. Dr. Hoy explained what the x-ray had shown and recommended a scan before deciding on treatment. He was patient and gracious. At checkout I was once again treated in a very friendly and helpful manner and scheduled for next steps and given printouts of everything I needed to know. I had brought a book to read while I waited, but never had to wait long enough to read more than a paragraph at any step in the visit! | |
