They didn't waste my time with a stupid, lengthy questionnaire, they managed their scheduling so that I was able to arrive on time and be in the presence of the doctor in good time, yet I never feel rushed when I am consulting with him. He gives me good answers to my questions and allows me to ask any that I need to ask and contribute anything about my condition that I think might be relevant. It is such a relief to be able to talk to a medical professional and receive reliable information with no talking down to me and no rushing. | |
