However, we moved through the history at a good pace, yet NOT a rushed pace, because she listened and grasped the import of what I was trying to convey. I had brought notes and past information which I hoped would be helpful, and she took time to review it. Many doctors seem to ignore the patient's thoughts on their health histories, but she seemed very open. We started formulating some ideas for treatment, and she made made a point in asking me if I agreed with the approach. I feel very positive about this first visit. | |
