We offer several options to pre-register for your scheduled upcoming appointment
Pre-registering for your appointment at Baylor Scott & White Health shortens the check-in process at the facility and provides you information about your benefits and an estimate of your cost of care prior to service. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Follow the guidelines below to expedite the pre-registration and appointment experience.
Pre-register for your delivery
How to pre-register:
Option 1: Online at MyBSWHealth
- Login (it will take you directly into pre-registration)
- Or select "Get Care"
- And then select the option for “Register for your delivery”

What is collected during the pre-registration process
- The desired delivery location and date
- Personal information and demographics
- Insurance information (Be sure to have your insurance card on hand)

Our team will review your insurance details to verify eligibility and address any concerns before your delivery. We’ll also provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs and offer guidance on financial assistance and payment options.
What to expect on the day of your delivery
Once you arrive for your delivery, a check-in representative will complete the final registration steps which include:
- Scanning driver's license and insurance card
- Signing consent forms

Option 1: Complete eCheck-In beginning 4 days prior to your appointment

Pre-registration process
Items to have on hand to complete pre-registration
- Insurance card and driver’s license
- The name of the doctor who ordered your procedure
- The date of your appointment
- Emergency contact information – name, address and phone number of someone who can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
Benefits of eCheck-In
eCheck-In allows you to complete the following tasks in advance of your appointment:
- Make updates to demographic, contact, and Insurance Information
- Sign consent forms in advance of your appointment
- View your estimate and pay
- Upload insurance card and driver’s license
What to expect on the day of your service
If eCheck-In is incomplete, the following items will be completed on the day of your service:
- Scanning your drivers license and insurance card
- Signing consent forms
- View estimate and pay
Please note if your physician requires pre-admission testing (PAT) or pre-operative testing or if you are not sure, you should speak with a pre-admission/pre-operative testing nurse at the facility where your procedure is scheduled to determine if an assessment is necessary and for further information.
