Ready to begin?
With Virtual Postpartum Care, you’ll receive guidance through the postpartum stage and beyond, and your Nurse Care Advocate will connect you with important resources. You’ll also have access to medically reviewed educational content on everything from breastfeeding and formula preparation to pelvic floor health and getting back into exercise.
The answers you need, when you need them
Secure, two-way messaging helps you to communicate with your nurse care advocate and ask questions about your health, baby or other concerns. In addition to messaging, you will have the option to schedule video visits and phone calls, and you’ll receive weekly evidence-backed, research-based milestone updates that let you know what to expect during your postpartum journey.
Virtual postpartum care when you need it
Your nurse care advocate can use the information you share through the app to create recommendations tailored to you. Your advocate can also address your concerns online or refer you to other members of our expert team.
Connecting you with the resources you want
Your nurse care advocate’s recommendations focus on your goals and challenges, whether you have questions about breastfeeding, have reached a new milestone or are returning to work. The program’s resources are there to help you on your unique journey.
Seamless coordination with specialty medical care
If you need a medical appointment, your nurse care advocate and our team of schedulers will work to help coordinate appointments. The seamless communication tools allow them to help schedule care, connect you to providers, and escalate any health concerns.
Guiding you through each milestone
Every week is different when you’re recovering from childbirth. The program includes virtual postpartum wellness resources, including a weekly check-in survey to be a resource for shaping your future steps and decisions.
