Right away I felt comfortable talking to her, she wasn't distracted and listened closely as I described my pains to her. I have been having 3 problems that are very painful, excruciating headaches and earache plus a bad cough. Keri addressed each one of them, asking me many questions in order to figure out a solution to resolve my symptoms. I felt she was genuinely concerned about me, especially about my headaches because I've been having them for 2 weeks. She prescribed medication for me and also said if my headaches weren't subsided in 24-48 hours that she wanted me to have testing done. Keri was so nice & thoughtful throughout the entire visit and I'm very happy that she was my tele-visit provider! | |
