Inpatient rehabilitation and physical therapy services
Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation Center – Waco is a 24-bed inpatient facility that offers 24-hour care and specialized programs to help you attain your maximum level of well-being and independence.
Our inpatient rehabilitation and physical therapy program in Waco has a proven history of admitting patients earlier than other providers, taking care of higher-than-average complex patients and returning a greater percentage of patients home.
Our interdisciplinary team of Waco rehabilitation professionals is led by board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians who will direct and adjust your care to optimize your rehabilitation course. The physician will visit with you and your family at least three times each week, or daily if indicated. Every care plan features an intense schedule of at least three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, individualized to your specific needs.

Pay by mail
To ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, include your account number on the check or money order.
Please mail the payment to the address listed on your statement.

Call 1.800.994.0371 to make a payment. Payments can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day.
If you need to speak to someone about a Baylor Scott & White bill from our hospitals or clinics, our Customer Service department can take payments over the phone from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
