This interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor and delivery, as well as the postpartum and nursery units.

Childbirth classes
In our childbirth classes, couples will learn everything they need to know to have the informed birth they desire.

Cesarean birth class (online)
Sometimes a planned cesarean is a necessary surgical birth option for a healthy mom and a healthy baby. Becoming informed and prepared will help you gain understanding and help you make good choices. Learn about what to expect during your hospital stay and how to have a good recovery process when you return home.

Childbirth class (1 day, in-person)
Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. Registration fees include partner. This class will be 3 consecutive Mondays in a row. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

This class alternative is for couples who prefer learning in the comfort of their own home and at their own pace or for couples who are on bedrest or who have scheduling conflicts. This interactive program includes videos and illustrations that provides couples with the skills that are essential to an informed childbirth experience.

Preparing to push (in-person)
Find ways to create a calm environment, ensure hormonal abundance, release endorphins, and connect with your partner during each phase of labor. Learn positions, relaxation techniques, pressure points, massage techniques, and breathing designed for all stages of labor and delivery & pushing. Learn to identify signs of fetal malposition, prodromal labor, and productive & powerful pushing options
Breastfeeding classes
In-person
The two most important factors in successfully meeting your breastfeeding goals are knowledge and commitment. In this in-person class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.

Online
This online class is designed for those who prefer learning in the comfort of their own home and at their own pace. This interactive program includes videos and illustrations, and provides parents with the skills that are essential to a positive breastfeeding experience. The validation code needed to begin the class will be e-mailed to you two to five business days after registration..

Fatherhood class (online)
Preparing for fatherhood is no easy task. Men want to support their partners and new babies, but often feel lost and unsure about how to do that. This useful, informative, and entertaining class was created for men to help them find their way on this unique journey.
With a positive focus on the importance of being involved right from the start, you'll learn how to support your partner through pregnancy and birth, as well as survival tips for those first few sleep-deprived months with a newborn.

Infant and child CPR (in-person)
This non-certification class is designed specifically for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of infants and children.
Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. Come gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to save a child’s life.
This class is not booked by couple. Each person must register individually for a space in this class.

This interactive class is designed to help new parents develop realistic expectations while learning the basics of infant care. Topics will include soothing techniques, guidelines for safe sleep, diapering, car seat safety, feeding and bathing.
