I was not expecting the two hr.visit to include a trip to the wellness center to include an educational presentation done by Dr. Knoop himself. Then an exercise assessment provided by the Wellness Coordinator. I really expected a 15 minute visit with a prescription for an appetite suppression medication and got SO much more than that. Dr. Knoop was wonderful, gave me an action plan, and so much information about glucose, insulin resistance and how exercise and protein are so important in reaching your goals. So pleased with this visit. | |
