Kassanoff is active in the Dallas County Medical Society and the North Texas Medical Society Coalition and is the 2021 President of the Dallas County Medical Society. She also serves as a delegate to the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Kassanoff and her husband, Mick Piper, have 6 children including teenage triplets.
