The well-being assessment will appear under the Thrive365 tile only for those who have their employee account linked to their MyBSWHealth account. If you do not see the assessment, make sure your accounts are linked.
Note: Linking accounts should be done from a web browser, not the app.
Link your accounts
The well-being assessment is open to all BSW employees, whether they are enrolled in a BSW medical plan or not, as a free evaluation of overall well-being.
For employees enrolled in a BSW medical plan, completing the well-being assessment by Nov. 5, 2021, is one of the requirements to avoid paying more on 2022 medical premiums.
