Advanced Care Planning

Advance care planning is a legal process for directing healthcare treatment for yourself at a time in the future if you can no longer make your wishes known. This is ideally initiated while you are relatively healthy, of sound mind and not under the stress of serious or bad news about your health.

There are three types of advance directives in Texas to consider:

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Cigna offers no-cost confidential support on a variety of emotional health topics. With your BSW benefits, you receive five, free in-person sessions with a trained behavioral counselor, as well as video-based sessions, along with other resources.

  • Donate Blood

    Having blood readily available makes all the difference when seconds count. Whether you give through BSW or another organization, donating blood is a great way to give back while benefiting others.

    Retirement Planning

    BSW is committed to providing you with tools and resources that support your financial well-being. Save for a financially secure retirement by participating in a Retirement Savings plan and let BSW help with dollar for dollar matching contributions up to 5% of eligible base salary.
