Biography

Emma is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White Centennial in Frisco. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Stephen F. Austin State ... University. She also completed the combined DI and Master's Program at Stephen F. Austin State University, earning her Masters in Human Science. Emma started as an inpatient dietitian and now works a hybrid role as inpatient and outpatient. She helps patients prevent and manage cardiovascular disease and diabetes as well as assists patients with weight loss. She takes a holistic approach to health and helps patients think outside of the box to come up with strategies and goals that are tailored to their specific needs and lifestyle.
