Baylor Scott & White continues its commitment to the communities it serves by announcing yet another construction project in the Greater Austin Region – the full building remodel and expansion of Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Hutto!
And with improvement, there is sometimes a bit of inconvenience, in the form of parking challenges, noise, dust and relocation of services. We hope you are as excited as we are about our impending improvements, allowing us to continue delivering you the best possible care in a modern, welcoming environment.

When completed, this approximately 12-month project will include:
- Doubling the number of exam rooms from 8 to 16
- Updated flooring, finishes, millwork, paint, furniture, and fixtures
- A new front entrance facing Ed Schmidt Boulevard, a larger lobby/waiting area and expanded patient check-in/check-out areas
- Additional restrooms
- An expanded lab with an additional draw station
- An entirely new floorplan/layout to facilitate more convenient access to care
- Two nurses stations
- The addition of urgent care services on weekday evenings and weekends
- An additional Internal Medicine/Pediatrics provider starting in the fall
- Future space for imaging services
